Our fresh tuna is from the open waters of the Carolinas. The firm purplish meat is subtle in flavor, high in protein, and low in fat.

It is best enjoyed raw or quickly seared and sliced over a salad.

We generally cut our tuna steaks about 1 - 1.5 inch thick.
