Wild caught in Maryland and Massachusetts, our skinless flounder fillets are a lean, flaky fish and great alternative to red meat or poultry. Flounder is a versatile fish and can be baked, broiled, fried, or sautéed.

We hand filet in house, remove the skin and carefully trim out all pin bones.

Each filet averages 8-12 oz.
