A popular cut in California - we brought this cut in for our West Coast customers who were looking for something that tasted like home. Tri-Tip is an excellent cut for marinating. Its open grain structure takes on a lot of flavor from the marinade. Tri-Tip is best cooked on the grill or pan seared and finished in the oven.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces, including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
