Our beef Short Ribs are from grass fed, grain finished steer. That balance gives a well marbled short rib. Korean BBQ Style Short Ribs are cut close to the bone and are meant to be flash seared on a very hot grill.

Grilling is an absolute must for this cut. If you have to cook indoors - use your trusted cast iron skillet and a quick sear on both sides. We like to season ours with salt, pepper and sugar.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
