Our Certified Dutch Veal is known for its tenderness, made from humanely raised, milk-fed, hormone-free calves. Our Veal Chops are 1.5-2” bone-in, center cuts.
Best grilled, roasted or sauteed in a cast iron skillet, cooked until medium rare. Over cooking will result in a dry veal chop.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
