Our chickens are raised simply and naturally with no antibiotics ever, no added hormones and fed a vegetable and grain diet. Average whole chicken is 4lbs.

When cooking do a visual inspection that liquid and juices run clear. Cook to no less than 165F degrees.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
