Wild caught near Brazil, our Caribbean lobster tail comes raw, frozen and in the shell.

One of our favorite ways of preparing this is to butterfly the tail, stuff it with crab meat and broil. It also makes a great pairing for Surf and Turf.

Average 10oz per tail. Two tails per pack.
