A prized and sought after Maryland favorite, we only sell local soft shell crabs. We receive them live and sell them cleaned. Soft shell crabs have molted, meaning they shed their hard shell and can be eaten whole.

The remaining, edible part of the crab is typically deep-fried or sautéed. The crabs are very soft, with tender and flaky meat. The flavor is a rich, buttery sweetness we Marylanders love.

Sold per crab. Average 4-5oz each.
