Using locally sourced lamb from Pennsylvania, our small batch sausages are handmade and fresh, never frozen. Our Merguez Sausage is made using cayenne pepper, cilantro, harissa, garlic, coriander and cumin.
Best grilled or baked.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
