Our Chicken Paella is bursting with flavors of saffron, chicken, pork, chorizo & vegetables. Paella is our passion. We prepare every batch from scratch using imported Bomba rice from Valencia and real Spanish paella pans. The rice and the paella pan are key to making a true paella.
