Our boneless pork loin chops are cut 3/4 inch thick. We do this to give you flexibility in how you choose to cook them. You can slightly pound them out to bread and fry or leave as is and pan sear or grill.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
