Our pork is locally sourced Yorkshire breed pork from Frederick, Maryland. All of our pork is certified humane and fed an all vegetable diet. We bring in our pork from the farm to our store within 48 hours.

Average loin is 10-12lbs and feeds 10-12 people.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
