Our beef Cowboy steaks are hand selected center cut bone-in loins. We choose to cut from the larger side of loin for a better, more noble cut. Cutting with the bone attached results in better flavor.

Our Cowboy steaks are best pan seared or grilled and finished in the oven.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
