Fresh from the farm in North Carolina, rainbow trout is a mild fish with a delicate, nut-like flavor. The flesh is tender, flaky and soft. Each fish comes butterflied, boneless and skin on so you can cook it with ease. One of our favorite recipes is Trout Almondine.
